Hours: Part\-Time (24 Hours per week)
Salary: Up to £12\.82 per hour \+ £67\.50 per sleep\-in

We are looking for a dedicated male Support Worker to join our team in Stourbridge on a part\-time basis (24 hours per week).In this role, you will be provide dedicated, person\-centred support to an individual with complex needs, helping them manage their daily life safely and independently within their own home and the local community. Because this individual requires consistent support, this role operates on a rota basis. You must be available to work a variety of shifts, which includes:
- Evening work
- Sleep\-ins (paid at an additional £67\.50 per night)
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- Develop Independent Living Skills: Assist with cooking healthy meals, domestic cleaning, and laundry.
- Community Engagement: Drive and accompany them to access the local community in Stourbridge, attend social activities, and manage grocery shopping. You will be required to drive the service user's own motability/adapted vehicle (which is an automatic) for these outings.
- Cultural Needs: Ensure individual cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs are fully met and celebrated.
- Administration: Maintain accurate, highly detailed, person\-centred record\-keeping and log daily progress notes.
- Driving Requirement: You must hold a full, valid UK driving licence (manual or automatic entitlement) and be completely confident and willing to drive a service user's automatic vehicle.
- Qualifications: A Level 2, 3, or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience: Prior experience working within the care or supported living sector, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Key Attributes: A positive "can\-do" attitude, excellent boundaries, resilience, and a genuine passion for promoting independence in social care.
- Education: GCSE or equivalent is preferred.
- Competitive pay of up to £12\.82 per hour.
- Sleep\-ins compensated at £67\.50 per night.
- Generous mileage allowance of 45p per mile (where applicable).
