We are looking for a talented Part\-Time Kitchen Designer to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves design, enjoys working with customers, and takes pride in turning ideas into practical, well\-planned, beautifully presented kitchen designs.

You will be based at our Paisley branch, working 25 hours per week, as part of a supportive and ambitious team.

We use Winner Flex kitchen design software, so experience with Winner Flex would be a real advantage. However, we are also open to speaking with experienced kitchen designers who are confident using design software and keen to learn our way of working.

The role

As a Kitchen Designer, you will work closely with customers from the first conversation through to the final design and quotation. You will help them understand what is possible, guide them through the options, and create designs that are both visually impressive and practical to install.

This is a role for someone who can combine creativity with accuracy, customer care with commercial awareness, and great design with attention to detail.

What you will be doing

• Meeting customers on site to understand their kitchen requirements, lifestyle, budget and design preferences


• Creating kitchen layouts, plans, visuals and quotations using Winner Flex


• Advising customers on kitchen styles, finishes, worktops, appliances and accessories


• Producing accurate designs that are practical, buildable and commercially sound


• Working closely with the branch team to follow up enquiries and support sales


• Helping customers feel confident, informed and excited about their new kitchen


• Managing your own appointments, designs and customer follow\-ups


• Maintaining a high standard of presentation, accuracy and service throughout the process

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable and genuinely passionate about great kitchen design.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in kitchen design, kitchen sales or a similar design\-led role


• Experience using WinnerFlex or another kitchen design software package


• A strong eye for layout, detail, proportion and practical space planning


• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers


• Confidence discussing products, options, pricing and design decisions


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer projects


• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team


• A high standard of accuracy and pride in the finished result
