Due to our continued growth and outstanding results, we’re expanding our English department and looking for passionate, QTS\-qualified English teachers to join our friendly, high\-achieving team.

What You’ll Do

• Teach KS3 and GCSE English (Language and/or Literature) in small groups of up to 10 students.


• Deliver high\-quality, engaging lessons using our structured curriculum and resources.


• Adapt sessions to suit different abilities and learning needs.


• Support students preparing for AQA, Eduqas or Edexcel GCSE exams.


• Give feedback that inspires progress and confidence.

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential


• Experience teaching KS3 and GCSE English


• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for your subject


• Reliable, organised, and passionate about helping young people succeed


• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare (Enhanced DBS required)

• Previous experience tutoring or teaching small groups


• Knowledge of GCSE exam preparation strategies
