Part-Time Care Coordinator & Finance Administrator Role
As the company continues to grow, the operational demands of coordinating care, managing urgent issues, and overseeing administrative tasks are increasing significantly. Introducing this role would provide additional operational support, improve responsiveness, strengthen communication, and enhance overall efficiency within the service.
The position would work closely alongside me to support the smooth running of day\-to\-day operations, assist with on\-call support, and provide additional operational cover where required for the needs of the business.
Proposed Hours
- 25 hours per week
- 5 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Office\-based
The role would incorporate several important operational and administrative functions into one position, including:
Care Coordination \& Operational Support
- Supporting with daily care coordination
- Assisting with urgent operational issues and “fire fighting.”
- Responding to staff concerns and last\-minute changes
- Supporting rota management and communication
- Assisting with continuity of care and service delivery
- Escalating urgent concerns appropriately
- Carrying out care calls when required for the needs of the business
- Providing operational support to ensure continuity of care delivery
- Being part of the out\-of\-hours on\-call team
- Covering one weekday on\-call shift per week
- Participating in one weekend on\-call rota every six weekends
- Responding appropriately to emergencies, staffing issues, and client concerns out of hours
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Assisting with communication between office staff and care workers
- Updating systems and documenting actions
- Supporting with general operational administration
- Completing invoicing
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Taking card payments and processing payments
- Monitoring overdue accounts
- Supporting cash flow and timely payment collection
