Daizy’s Leisure Time Ltd (trading as Hot Tub and Spa \- Solihull and Daizy's Embroidery and Print) is a friendly, family\-run wet leisure and outdoor living business based in Cheswick Green, Solihull (B90 4EU). We’re known locally for expert advice, honest guidance, and great aftercare.
We’re looking for a warm, capable person to join our small team and help keep the office and showroom running smoothly — supporting customers, keeping on top of admin, and helping with day\-to\-day sales and shop tasks.
The role (what you’ll be doing)
This is a hands\-on role that blends office admin, customer support, and light sales support. You’ll be the kind of person who enjoys helping people and is confident picking up the phone.
Key responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and speak to customers in a calm, helpful, professional way
· Reply to emails and messages promptly and accurately
· General admin: booking appointments, updating customer records, filing, and keeping jobs organised
· Support customers with product questions (chemicals, accessories, basic troubleshooting) and pass technical queries to the right person
· Help with showroom/shop tasks: refilling shelves, keeping the space tidy, checking stock levels, and basic merchandising
· Light, consultative selling: helping customers choose the right products by asking good questions and explaining options clearly
· Support with practical tasks as needed, including cleaning hot tubs
· Support with the embroidery/print side of the business (admin, customer comms, order coordination)
· Occasional outbound calls to local businesses (e.g., following up enquiries, introducing services, booking appointments) — no “pushy sales”, just confident, friendly phone work
Hours \& location
· Part\-time, employed role
· 4 hours per day, 4 days per week (16 hours/week)
· Occasional Saturdays (typically within our opening hours)
· Location: Cheswick Green, Solihull (B90 4EU)
What we’re looking forSkills \& experience
· Strong phone manner — confident, friendly, and professional
· Good written communication (clear, polite emails)
· Organised and reliable; able to keep track of multiple tasks without getting flustered
· Comfortable using computers and basic systems (email, calendars, simple CRM/admin tools)
· Customer\-facing experience (retail, hospitality, admin/reception, call handling, or similar)
· Sales experience is helpful, but not essential — we care more about a helpful attitude and willingness to learn

· Calm under pressure and able to handle busy days
· Practical, hands\-on, and happy to pitch in with whatever needs doing
· Trustworthy and discreet (you’ll handle customer details)
· A team player who can support different parts of the business
Training \& support
· Full training on our products, customer FAQs, and how we work day\-to\-day
· Clear handover notes and support from the team as you settle in
Pay
· £12\.71 per hour
