Part Time Accounts Asisstant

Part-Time Accounts Assistant (25 Hours per Week) We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join a friendly finance team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid ledger experience who is looking for a flexible position of 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities • Manage sales ledger including raising invoices, allocating payments, and resolving customer queries.

• Handle purchase ledger duties such as processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payment runs.


• Maintain accurate financial records and support the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks.


• Assist with month-end routines where required.


• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.

About You • Previous experience in sales and purchase ledger is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Confident using accounting software and Excel.


• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently.


• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with suppliers and customers.
