Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Palliative Care Assistants to join our pallaitive care team in Bristol
The hours are 3 days on 3 days off 11 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide high\-quality palliative and personal care to service users in their own homes.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Support service users with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in home care or similar environment.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Knowledge of care planning and documentation.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping.
