We're recruiting a Paid Social Associate Director to lead Paid Social strategy and activation across EMEA for a globally recognised brand. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for campaign excellence, innovation, stakeholder management and team development across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead Paid Social strategy across EMEA markets.
- Oversee campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
- Deliver performance insights and testing roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
- Build senior relationships with key social platforms and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop Paid Social talent across regional teams.
- Drive operational excellence, governance and best practice across all markets.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Paid Social programmes.
- Strong expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and leadership skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for innovation and performance marketing.
