The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join a fast-paced Performance Marketing team.

You will take a hands-on role in managing and growing paid search across multiple markets and platforms, with a focus on profitable acquisition, campaign performance and commercial impact.

Working closely with the Head of Paid Search and teams across Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Product, you will optimise campaigns, test new opportunities and support market growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaign Management • Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Universal App Campaigns (UAC).

  • Own the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of accounts across multiple markets.

  • Identify opportunities to scale profitable acquisition while meeting CPA, ROAS and profitability targets.

  • Ensure campaign structures are effective and aligned with market objectives.

Campaign Optimisation • Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, bid management and ongoing optimisation.
  • Develop and test ad copy, assets, targeting and bidding strategies.

  • Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS and revenue.

  • Identify trends, issues and opportunities and take data-led action.

  • Continuously improve account structure, efficiency and scalability.

UAC & Apple Search Ads • Manage and optimise UAC and ASA campaigns where applicable.
  • Develop an understanding of app acquisition and its contribution to overall player acquisition.

  • Ensure app campaigns are accurately tracked, measured and optimised.

  • Experience with UAC and/or ASA is highly desirable.

Testing & Experimentation • Plan and implement A/B tests across keywords, ad copy, targeting, bidding and landing pages.
  • Work with Creative and Product teams to test landing pages and messaging.

  • Analyse results and apply learnings to improve performance.

  • Proactively investigate new tools, opportunities and approaches.

Budget Management & Forecasting • Support the Head of Paid Search with budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage allocated budgets against performance and profitability targets.

  • Monitor spend pacing and highlight overspend, underspend or performance issues.

  • Contribute to recommendations and business cases for increasing investment in successful markets and campaigns.

Data & Analytics • Work with Marketing Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and measurement.
  • Analyse campaign and market-level data to identify actionable insights.

  • Use analytics alongside platform data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Produce regular performance reports and communicate key findings.

Teamwork & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Product and other teams.
  • Clearly communicate performance, challenges and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Challenge assumptions and influence decisions using data.

  • Work with the Head of Paid Search to develop people-management skills, with the potential to manage junior or senior Paid Search Executives in future.

  • Work closely with Creative on developing and briefing Custom Product Pages (CPPs) for ASA.

Industry & Platform Development • Stay up to date with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, UAC, ASA and wider Paid Search developments.
  • Monitor algorithm changes, new features, market trends and competitor activity.

  • Proactively identify and test opportunities to improve acquisition performance.

  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team.

Creative & Ad Development • Write compelling, performance-focused search ad copy aligned with market, audience and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams on ASA CPP assets and Paid Search creative testing.

  • Develop, implement and analyse creative tests across search and ASA campaigns.

Requirements • 4+ years’ experience in Paid Search, PPC or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns and budgets across multiple markets.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, ad copy and optimisation.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a commercially focused, data-led approach.

  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, landing page and messaging tests.

  • Comfortable with budget management, forecasting and performance targets.

  • Strong search ad copywriting skills and understanding of how messaging impacts performance.

  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Advantageous Experience • iGaming, online gaming, betting, casino, ecommerce or another performance-driven industry.
  • Experience with UAC and Apple Search Ads.

  • International paid search experience.

  • App acquisition experience.

  • Experience contributing to creative testing strategies.

  • Previous mentoring or people-management experience.
