Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead performance across our client accounts. You will focus primarily on Google PPC while also driving strategy and execution for Paid Social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).

This is a key client\-facing role operating on a hybrid model (3 days in our Leeds office / 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Google PPC Management: Plan, launch, and optimise high\-ROI Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display).


• Paid Social Strategy: Oversee paid social advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.


• Client Exposure: Joining strategy calls and delivering performance reports.


• Auditing \& Growth: Conduct deep\-dive audits on existing/prospective accounts to identify scaling opportunities.


• Budgeting: Manage daily ad spend efficiently to maximise ROAS and minimise CPA.

• 5\+ years of hands\-on paid media experience (Required)


• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts (Required)


• Expert\-level knowledge of PPC channels and analytics platforms (GA4\)


• Strong hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager


• Strong numerical skills and confident client\-facing communication


• Ability to work in our Leeds office 3 days per week
