The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take day to day ownership of paid media delivery across a portfolio of clients and successfully manage a team to deliver results. This is a hands\-on, performance\-focused role within a small agency environment. You’ll be responsible for building, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across search and paid social, while working closely with senior leadership to deliver strong commercial outcomes for clients as well as the department. You’ll play a key role in maintaining performance standards, supporting all team members, and ensuring paid media remains a high\-performing service within the agency.

Responsibilities:
Paid Media Delivery \& Optimisation
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC, paid search, shopping, display, YouTube and paid social.
- Ensure campaigns are performance\-led, data\-driven and aligned to client objectives.
- Actively optimise accounts to improve efficiency, scale and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
- Implement testing strategies across creatives, audiences, bidding and formats.
- Account set up and accurate conversion tracking.
- Manage day\-to\-day client relationships for assigned accounts.
- Deliver clear, insightful performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Support client strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and grow accounts.
- Maintain best\-practice standards across account structure, optimisation and reporting.
- Support and mentor Paid Media Executives and junior team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance challenges across accounts.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Team organisation and client allocation.
- Work closely with SEO, social, analytics and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support new business activity, including audits, forecasts and strategy input.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new features and industry trends.
- Minimum 3\-5 years of paid media experience in an agency environment.
- Strong hands\-on experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A performance\-first mindset with a strong understanding of ROI.
- Confident communicator (written and verbal), comfortable working directly with clients.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing a team.
