Accountabilities:

  • Support and execute growth strategies designed to generate high-quality B2B demand and qualified leads.

  • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.

  • Optimize landing pages, content, and user journeys through conversion rate optimization, testing, and experimentation.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and commercial KPIs, including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Engagement and Sales teams to improve lead quality and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

  • Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

  • Use AI, automation, and data-driven optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and accelerate learning.

  • Ensure marketing activities follow applicable brand guidelines as well as relevant regulatory, data protection, and GDPR requirements.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, ROI, conversion performance, and overall commercial outcomes.

Requirements


  • Bring experience in Growth Marketing, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.

  • Have hands-on experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B lead generation, buyer journeys, and conversion optimization.

  • Have experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for marketing analytics and reporting.

  • Possess a strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving mindset with a clear focus on ROI and revenue impact.

  • Be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment centered on continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Be collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Show a strong interest in AI-driven marketing, automation, and emerging digital technologies.

  • Be comfortable using performance data and market insights to make informed campaign and growth decisions.
