We are a growing packaging company supplying high\-quality custom designed packaging solutions to businesses across multiple sectors. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who can combine B2B sales expertise with social media and digital marketing skills to help expand our customer base and strengthen our online presence.

The Role

This is a varied position combining business development, account management, and social media marketing. The successful candidate will actively generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and manage the company's social media channels to support sales growth and brand awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Packaging Sales

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Promote and sell the company's packaging products and solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Social Media \& Marketing Administration
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Manage daily social media activity, messages, comments, and customer engagement.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

  • Create basic graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar tools.

  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

  • Support website updates and online marketing initiatives.

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

RequirementsEssential
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

  • Experience managing business social media accounts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

  • Excellent written English and content creation skills.

  • Good organisational and administrative abilities.

  • Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Desirable
  • Experience within the packaging industry.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram marketing and lead generation.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
