PA to the Director. Retail Operations & Stock Management.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations, (including stock control management) \& PA to the Managing Director. Based in our Harrogate office, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Stock \& Inventory Management

• Maintain overall management of the EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system.


• Oversee delivery processes across all store locations, liaising with the individual stores stock controller.


• Help price, label, and prepare stock for sale during busy periods.


• Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile inventory records.


• Analyse stock levels and sales trends.


• Recommend stock transfers between stores and identify reordering requirements.

Finance \& Administration

• Input and process supplier invoices using Sage accounting software.


• Manage faulty returns and insure correct processing and documentation.


• Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks.


• Maintain accurate financial and stock records.

Store Support (Multi Site)

• Provide operational support across Harrogate, York and Ilkley stores.


• Ensure consistency in store and system accuracy across all locations.


• Liaise with store teams to support smooth day\-to\-day operations.

Skills \& Experience Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and stock handling.


• Experience with EPOS Systems (desirable).


• Experience with Sage Accounting software (desirable).


• Good analytical skills for stock level monitoring and decision\-making.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.
