A growing property maintenance company based in Exeter city centre are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Administrator to support the business owner and help keep their operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Calling tenants to schedule and confirm appointments
- Handling incoming emails and correspondence
- Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients
- Monitoring job progress and following up on outstanding actions
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting compliance and administrative processes
- Assisting with general office and operational administration
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys keeping things moving.
Essential skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous experience in a PA, administration, office support, or coordination role
- Background in property, maintenance, construction, or social housing preferred
- Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline administrative tasks
