What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, and provide customized window replacement solutions that improve comfort, energy efficiency, safety, and home value.

You’ll:

  • Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified prospects

  • Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach

  • Present Window Nation’s premium products and solutions

  • Create and deliver customized proposals and pricing

  • Guide customers through financing options and purchasing decisions

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in CRM systems

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ambitious sales professionals who are competitive, coachable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales experience

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, commissioned sales, or home improvement sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and tablet-based technology

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
What to Expect
  • Travel to scheduled customer appointments throughout the Chicagoland area

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available

  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel

  • Work with customers located up to 80+ miles from your home territory
Compensation & Earnings Potential

First 90 Days:
Earn commissions plus guaranteed training pay of up to $2,700 per month while learning our proven sales process.

After 90 Days:
Transition to 100% commission with unlimited earning potential.

Average Earnings:

  • First-year representatives: $90,000–$130,000

  • Fully ramped representatives: $130,000–$190,000

  • Top performers: $350,000+
