We have 13 SMILES borough wide. We offer weekly day opportunities to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, older people and people living with dementia. We deliver a range of fulfilling and innovative activities to adults of all ages who attend Doncaster SMILE Day services. Services are open 5 days per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

We are recruiting a 30hr Outreach Worker position, the post is required for Stirling SMILE in the town centre, although on occasion successful candidates may be required to cover at different SMILEs throughout the city.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Is willing to train and enhance knowledge and skills

  • Is an enthusiastic and caring individual.

  • A good team member

  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
We will offer you a comprehensive training package, on the job training within a supportive team and the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

You will have the opportunity to support people to achieve their chosen outcomes and meet their goals.
