Outreach Project Worker
Contract: Fixed\-term, 3 months
Hours: Full\-time, 37\.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, daytime hours (7\.5\-hour shifts with a 30\-minute unpaid lunch break). Participation in the on\-call rota is required, typically one on\-call shift every 4 to 8 weeks.
Location: Hybrid working, London
Language Skills: Additional languages are highly desirable

We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Project Worker to join our London team, supporting adult survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery on their recovery journey. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with individuals, helping them access the support, services and resources they need to move towards greater independence and wellbeing.
About the Role
As an Outreach Project Worker, you will manage a caseload of survivors living independently within the community. While this is not an accommodation\-based role, you will provide ongoing support to help individuals access their ECAT entitlements and other essential services, including:
- Healthcare and medical treatment
- Mental health support
- Legal representation
- Identification and documentation
- Education and training opportunities
- Community\-based services and support networks
About You
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, resilient and committed to delivering person\-centred support. You will be comfortable working with individuals from diverse social, cultural and religious backgrounds and will approach each case with sensitivity, professionalism and empathy.
Our clients may present with a range of complex needs, including:
- Mental health challenges
- Addiction and substance misuse
- Asylum and immigration\-related issues
- Refugee support needs
- Experiences of sexual violence
- Domestic abuse
- Homelessness
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals
- Ability to promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively across multiple cases
- Confidence working with multi\-agency partners and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records and case notes
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures
- Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve conflict appropriately
- Experience of remote and hybrid working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are particularly encouraged to apply
This role offers hybrid working; however, you will be required to attend the London office on designated days and more regularly during your induction and training period.
