Outbound Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our products and services. Strong communication skills, are essential to effectively engage with diverse clients and expand our market reach. Core responsibilities
● Proactively identify and generate new trade leads
● Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
● Build and manage a pipeline of potential trade clients
● Arrange and attend client meetings or virtual meetings as required to drive sales opportunities
● Present the product range, pricing, and trade benefits to potential customers
● Convert leads into new trade accounts and repeat customers
● Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to order confirmation
● Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects and large orders
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness \& sales opportunities
Sales targets \& performance
● Achieve monthly revenue targets
● Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
● Increase trade account acquisition and account value
● Track conversion rates from lead → meeting → order
Skills \& capabilities
● Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills
● Confident relationship building and networking
● Ability to pitch products and close sales
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Highly self\-motivated and target driven
● Good organisation and pipeline management
Experience
● Experience in B2B sales or business development
● Familiarity working with trade clients (designers, developers, hospitality)
● Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
This is a new and exciting role offering a competitive salary plus commission.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
