Outbound Sales Executive

Cleveland Cable Company are currently recruiting for an Outbound Sales Executive to work in our busy Business Development department on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience within customer service and you are passionate about delivering excellent customer care.

Duties
\*Identify and qualify new customers from a broad range of industries.
\*Contact current \& potential new customers\- via telephone, email \& social media.
\*Expand and maintain a relationship with a multitude of different customers.
\* Maximise business opportunities.
\*Maintain the highest level of customer care.

Skills

· Strong work ethic.

· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

· Attention to detail.

· Time Management.

· Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
