We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, based in Warrington and covering our North West region. What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across the North West region.
- Provide advice and guidance on a full range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change.
- Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Coach and support managers to develop their people leadership skills.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision making, ensuring accurate use and maintenance of HR systems.
- Lead and contribute to regional and group\-wide HR projects and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent and joined\-up approach across the business.
Skills and Experience
- Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast\-paced, multi\-site environment.
- Experience working in a matrix management structure.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
- Confident using and analysing data from HR systems to support decision making.
- Experience of supporting managers through employee relations processes.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions\-focused and confident in challenging and influencing where needed.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, approachable, and a team player.
- Discreet and professional with a commitment to confidentiality.
