Outbound Sales Executive (BDE)

The role:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business for Dental Compliance Made Easier (DCME) and other Agilio products. Your primary focus will be proactive outbound engagement with dental practices and existing customers, with the goal of booking highquality product demonstrations for our sales team.
This is an officebased role in Leicester, ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment and enjoys speaking with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Activity: Proactively call dental practices from the CRM to understand their current software setup, introduce DCME, and clearly articulate its benefits to secure product demonstrations with key decisionmakers.
- Follow\-up \& Communication: Send professional follow\-up emails where phone contact is unsuccessful and maintain consistent, highquality communication across all channels.
- Demo Coordination: Manage demonstration attendance by sending reminder emails and making confirmation calls the day before and/or on the day of scheduled demos.
- CrossSelling Opportunities: Engage existing DCME customers to introduce additional Agilio products and identify crosssell opportunities, booking further demonstrations where appropriate.
- CRM Management: Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes, notes, demo bookings, and followup actions to ensure highquality data and visibility.
- Performance \& Activity: Maintain a high level of outbound activity, work towards agreed KPIs and targets, and actively seek opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Learning \& Development: Participate in ongoing training to build strong product knowledge and continuously develop sales skills and techniques.
Essential
- Ability to confidently qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) early in conversations

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
