Out of Hours Veterinary Care Assistant
Leeds Birstall 24/7 Hospital are looking for an experienced night Veterinary Care Assistant to join their friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced team.

Set up by our JVPs, Keith and Julie Leonard in 2012, we are a family run, RCVS Accredited Hospital and Emergency Service Clinic, providing OOH and referral support to 19 referring surgeries. This is run alongside a thriving first opinion business meaning we get the best of both worlds: the case variety you expect to find in a busy general practice and the opportunity to provide high quality, advanced, referral level care to our patients in\-house.
With an experienced team of over 60 colleagues, an abundance of qualifications in a range of disciplines (ECC, small animal surgery and most recently a certificate in dentistry nursing) and a fantastic management network to provide support and progression opportunities we really believe there is no better team to be a part of.

The role:
You will be working as part of a highly skilled and experienced team. The rota is a 7 on (8pm\- 8am), 14 off shift pattern. We have 1 vet and an RVN in all night. You will be working a total of 26\.7 hours a week.
You will be joining a team of 12 RVN's (3 night nurses), 7 SVN's and 9 VCA's who support our 14 vets.
