We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organised Ordering / Contracts Processor to join our procurement team. Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders and contracts


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.


• Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, amendments, and contractual documentation.


• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve any discrepancies or delays.


• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on organisational demands.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations during all procurement activities.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and merchandising principles.


• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships.


• Familiarity with procurement processes within logistics or manufacturing environments.


• Organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast\-paced setting.


• Previous experience within the double glazing industry is a must, minimum 3 years. Must have a good understanding of the industry and purchasing / contracting in the sector
