We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organised Ordering / Contracts Processor to join our procurement team. This role involves managing purchase orders, processing contracts, and ensuring seamless coordination across various systems. Responsibilities
- Process and manage purchase orders and contracts
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, amendments, and contractual documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs based on organisational demands.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations during all procurement activities.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with procurement processes within logistics or manufacturing environments.
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast\-paced setting.
- Previous experience within the double glazing industry is a must, minimum 3 years. Must have a good understanding of the industry and purchasing / contracting in the sector
