<h2><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h2>
<div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">As an <strong>Order Intake Lead</strong> at EOS IT Solutions, you will oversee and manage the order intake process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all customer transactions. You will lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.</div>

<h2><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h2>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee the processing of sales orders and customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Validate data accuracy in quotations, orders, and invoices.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring compliance with company standards.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Analyse order intake metrics and report on performance to senior management.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the order intake function.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all activities.</li>

<h2><strong>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven experience in order management or a similar operational leadership role.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Competence in working with data and metrics to drive performance.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">A business-related degree is desirable but not essential.</li>
