About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver on customer service levels while continuously driving improvements in efficiency and cost\-effectiveness.

This is a hands\-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with process optimisation, ensuring KPIs and contract deadlines are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to maximise productivity and performance.


• Manage initiatives and projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.


• Communicate and implement change effectively across your team.


• Proactively manage performance, discipline, and team development.


• Ensure compliance with health \& safety and company policies.


• Support other areas of the business when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.


• Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office \& warehouse management systems).


• Detail\-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.


• Experienced in managing high\-volume data, large SKU profiles, and inventory.


• Customer\-focused, self\-motivated, and results\-driven.


• Innovative and proactive, with a positive approach to change.


• Able to perform under pressure and manage your own workload effectively.


• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities (including shift work when required).

Shift pattern:

• Any 5 over 7 days between 13:30\-22:00hrs

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,394\.98 per year
