Operations Officer Customer Service Officer

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer \- Customer Service Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure day\-to\-day contact with end customers as the first point of contact.


• Provide accurate answers to customer questions.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and French.


• Good communication skills in English are a plus.

• Bachelor degree or experience in Customer Service.


• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Good expertise in MS Office is mandatory.

• Strong interest in finance and banking products is preferable.

• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer\-oriented.


• Quality minded.

• Able to work independently.
