Sheffield City Council is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our in\-house respite services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our provision is also open to all adults with eligible social care needs. The current service includes a 10\-bedded unit and a single occupancy building dedicated to individuals with complex and challenging needs.
The successful candidate will possess in\-depth knowledge of CQC registered services, along with a clear understanding of the statutory responsibilities of a registered manager. We are looking for someone who brings energy, drive, and a passion for continuous improvement – both personally and within the team and service.

Full\-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
