Overview of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RHS Shows Department at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) which organises large\-scale gardening events around the country, including RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival. We are recruiting for two experienced Operations Managers to each lead on the build and operational management of an RHS Flower show.
The chosen candidates will jump straight into this exciting and key role which sits within the core project team, running the operations and build of one of our key outdoor shows.
We are looking for self\-motivated and professional Operations Managers with over 5 years’ experience in Operations/Production on large scale outdoor events (other relevant experience will be considered). Experience of managing complex builds, having exemplary Health \& Safety knowledge and managing a range of 3*rd* party contractors is a must.
To be successful, you will need to have a proactive attitude, be a great communicator and a collaborative team member.
