Operations Manager (QSR Growth & Systems)

We are looking for someone who can build systems, develop people, create accountability and help transform a successful owner\-led business into a structured, scalable operation.

The business already has a strong customer base and proven demand. The next stage is building the foundations for future growth and additional locations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operations

• Lead day\-to\-day operations


• Improve speed, consistency and customer experience


• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and wasted movement


• Improve labour deployment and productivity

Systems \& Structure

• Build SOPs, checklists and operational procedures


• Introduce digital systems and reduce paperwork


• Create accountability across all levels of the business


• Ensure standards are measured, tracked and maintained

Leadership \& Training

• Develop Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers


• Build a clear management structure


• Coach and train team members


• Create a culture of ownership and accountability

KPI \& Performance

Monitor and improve:

• Labour %


• Food Cost %


• Waste %


• Ticket Times


• Sales Performance


• Customer Satisfaction

Use data to identify problems and drive measurable improvements.

Growth

• Reduce owner dependency


• Build systems that can be replicated across multiple sites


• Help prepare the business for future expansion

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £42,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
