We are looking for someone who can build systems, develop people, create accountability and help transform a successful owner\-led business into a structured, scalable operation.
The business already has a strong customer base and proven demand. The next stage is building the foundations for future growth and additional locations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operations
- Lead day\-to\-day operations
- Improve speed, consistency and customer experience
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and wasted movement
- Improve labour deployment and productivity
- Build SOPs, checklists and operational procedures
- Introduce digital systems and reduce paperwork
- Create accountability across all levels of the business
- Ensure standards are measured, tracked and maintained
- Develop Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers
- Build a clear management structure
- Coach and train team members
- Create a culture of ownership and accountability
Monitor and improve:
- Labour %
- Food Cost %
- Waste %
- Ticket Times
- Sales Performance
- Customer Satisfaction
Growth
- Reduce owner dependency
- Build systems that can be replicated across multiple sites
- Help prepare the business for future expansion
- Hands\-on leader who leads from the front
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Experience improving processes and solving problems
- Organised, proactive and results\-driven
- Comfortable challenging existing ways of working
- Passionate about building systems and improving operations
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £42,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
