Ready to step up and run a multi\-site gymnastics operation?

Olympian Gymnastics is a growing gymnastics organisation operating across seven venues, primarily in Dublin.

We're looking for an experienced gymnastics professional with strong operational, organisational and people\-management skills to join us as Operations Manager.

You might currently be an:

• Assistant Head Coach Deputy Head Coach Club Manager Operations Manager Programme Manager Head of Recreational Gymnastics Gymnastics Coordinator


• You don't need to have run a multi\-site organisation before.


• We're particularly interested in someone who has become the trusted number two in a successful gymnastics organisation and is now ready to step up, prove themselves and take ownership of a much larger operation.


• You'll work directly with our General Manager and play a central role in making sure our venues, teams and programmes operate effectively every week.

Your job is simple:

• Make sure our venues and teams run exceptionally well.


• You'll take responsibility across:

• Overseeing day\-to\-day operations across our venues


• Regularly visiting sites and working with teams on the ground


• Making sure each venue is properly staffed, equipped and ready to operate


• Troubleshooting operational issues quickly


• Coordinating equipment, suppliers, maintenance and facilities


• Ensuring operational standards are consistently followed


• Identifying problems before they become bigger problems


• This isn't a role you'll manage entirely from a laptop.


• We want someone who likes being where the operation is.

You'll work closely with our Venue Leads, Lead Coaches and wider coaching teams.

You'll:

• lead, support and develop venue teams;


• help solve staffing and performance issues;


• set clear expectations and follow up on them;


• coach and train team members;


• identify future leaders;


• help onboard and develop new staff; and


• build strong accountability across the organisation.


• You'll need to be comfortable giving positive feedback when things are going well — and having difficult conversations when they're not.

You'll take a leading role in making sure the operation is properly organised.

That includes:

• coach scheduling and staffing;


• timetable management and changes;


• arranging cover;


• coordinating venue requirements;


• camps, events and programme launches;


• planning operational changes; and


• troubleshooting when plans change.

• This is a critical part of the job.


• You'll maintain a clear operational tracker covering key:


• Actions Issues Projects Owners Deadlines


• If something has been agreed, you'll make sure there's clarity on who owns it, when it's due and whether it's actually been completed.


• We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be chased.

• You'll work with our General Manager to understand how each venue is performing and where improvements are needed.


• You'll use operational data and KPIs to help identify:


• staffing and scheduling opportunities;


• capacity and timetable improvements;


• customer and operational issues;


• team performance;


• operational standards; and


• areas where processes can be improved.


• You don't need to be an accountant.


• But you do need to be comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and making decisions based on information rather than instinct alone.

Your gymnastics background means you'll understand what a well\-run club should look and feel like.

You'll help:

• train and develop Venue Leads and coaches;


• improve operational standards;


• onboard new team members;


• implement new processes;


• ensure changes are properly communicated and adopted;


• improve consistency between venues; and


• identify where teams need additional support or training.


• You'll work alongside our technical gymnastics leadership rather than needing to personally be the technical expert in every programme.

• We're looking for someone with a genuine gymnastics background who has already started moving beyond purely coaching into leadership, management or operations.


• You may currently be the person your Head Coach, Club Manager or owner relies on when something important needs sorting out.

• A strong gymnastics background


• Experience working within a gymnastics club or organisation


• Experience leading, coordinating or managing people


• Strong operational and organisational ability


• Excellent follow\-through and attention to detail


• Confidence with spreadsheets and technology


• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills


• A full driving licence


• Strong working English


• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when required


• Moving to Ireland


• We're open to strong candidates from the UK and across Europe.

• £40,000–£50,000 equivalent \+ performance bonus, depending on experience and capability.


• You'll be employed in Ireland and paid in euro.
