Role overview
We are looking for a driven and detail\-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day\-to\-day operational activities at our Netherlands facility. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, team performance, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment to our European customers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of warehouse associates, logistics coordinators, and support staff
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure on\-time delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with third\-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU regulations related to warehousing, import/export, and labor standards
- Oversee facility maintenance, health \& safety standards, and Dutch labor regulations
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and identify cost\-saving opportunities
- 5\+ years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or supply chain roles
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams of 10\+ employees
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control systems and fulfillment best practices
- Experience working in an e\-commerce, electronics distribution, or wholesale environment preferred
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and/or BI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with cross\-border EU logistics and customs clearance
- Familiarity with mobile phone parts, consumer electronics, or tech accessories industry
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management (APICS/CSCMP)
Pay: €76\.000,00 \- €80\.000,00 per year
