About Us
We are one of the UK’s largest Middle Eastern fragrance retailers, with a rapidly growing business across retail, e\-commerce, distribution, and social media. We currently operate 6 physical stores alongside a fast\-growing online presence and expanding distribution network.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can strengthen the business, implement systems, improve operational flow, and help build the infrastructure needed to scale efficiently.
The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager with a proven track record of improving business operations within fast\-paced retail or multi\-channel environments.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and improving day\-to\-day operations across stores, online operations, warehouse/distribution, logistics, and internal processes. The successful candidate will be expected to bring structure, accountability, efficiency, and scalable systems into the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve daily business operations across retail stores, e\-commerce, warehouse/distribution, and customer service
- Implement systems, workflows, SOPs, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce practical solutions to improve performance
- Improve communication and coordination between departments including retail, warehouse, marketing, and online operations
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, operational performance, and team productivity
- Support inventory management, stock flow, replenishment, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth and expansion plans
- Lead and manage operational teams, department managers, and staff performance
- Help create a strong culture of accountability, organisation, and operational excellence
- Support the setup and operational planning for new stores and future growth
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role
- Strong track record of implementing systems and improving operational efficiency
- Experience managing operations within retail, e\-commerce, distribution, or multi\-site businesses
- Demonstrated ability to support and scale growing businesses
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem\-solving skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
- Excellent communication and decision\-making skills
- Experience within fragrance, beauty, luxury retail, fashion, or FMCG industries
- Experience managing both online and physical retail operations
- Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP/CRM platforms, and operational software
- Experience supporting warehouse and fulfilment operations
