What You Will Be Doing \& Sectors You Support
In this role, you will work directly across our commercial facilities, corporate hospitality, and event management accounts, ensuring daily client operations run like clockwork.
- Coordinate daily site schedules, staffing allocations, and equipment logistics for active client contracts.
- Monitor service delivery standards, conducting regular on\-site quality checks and inventory audits.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for client facility managers to address operational requests quickly.
- Collect operational data to track service completion times, vendor costs, and project budgets.
- Assist in drafting updated team schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong practical organization with a structured approach to managing multiple daily tasks.
- Clear, confident communication skills for coordinating with on\-site staff and corporate clients.
- A natural problem\-solving mindset and comfort working in fast\-moving, real\-world environments.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (MS Office, shared calendars, and messaging platforms).
- Prior experience in retail supervision, hospitality coordination, or customer service is a plus, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
- Must hold current authorization to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Structured Leadership Training: 6\-week intensive rotation covering facility logistics, client management, and team leadership
