Aspire Homecare is a brand\-new home care company seeking an experienced and highly organised Operational Manager to work alongside our CEO. Aspire is wholly Irish owned by experienced and dedicated principals in the homecare market.
This is a key leadership role focused on building the very best team, developing rock solid relationships with our clients, our people and our key stakeholders.

The Operational Manager is a key function within Aspire Homecare’s management structure.

Scope of the Role/Key duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, the key duties and responsibilities of the role of Operations Manager include:
- Oversee the day\-to\-day operational delivery of homecare services across Ireland.
- Coordinate national staffing and rostering to ensure continuity of care for clients.
- Support Regional Care Managers and Coordinators with scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure care hours are fulfilled safely and effectively.
- Lead operational responses to staffing shortages, emergencies, and service pressures.
- Ensure effective recruitment coordination and onboarding processes to maintain workforce capacity.
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to support carer attraction, retention, and compliance.
- Ensure all operational practices comply with upcoming HIQA standards, HSE requirements, employment legislation, and company policies.
- Monitor operational KPIs including staffing levels, missed calls, service utilisation, recruitment pipelines, and response times.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of digital rostering and workforce management systems.
- Build strong communication channels between operational teams across all regions.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational performance, efficiency, and service quality.
Salary
Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience, alongside a results\-based bonus structure.

The successful candidate will be located in Aspire Homecare’s Dublin office.
Pay: €35,770\.05\-€80,944\.38 per year
