As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in a major customer implementation, leading operational teams, embedding new ways of working, and driving performance throughout a fast\-paced and evolving environment.

This 6\-month fixed\-term contract offers the chance to make a real impact, working closely with senior stakeholders, customers, and site teams to deliver a successful implementation while maintaining outstanding service standards. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Leading warehouse operations through a significant customer implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from plan to execution.


• Driving operational performance across safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.


• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational lead throughout the project.


• Coaching and developing managers and supervisors, creating an engaged, high\-performing team ready for future growth.


• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions that leave a lasting positive impact on the operation.

• Have experience leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within a fast\-paced environment.


• Enjoy project\-based roles where they can influence change, solve problems, and make decisions at pace.


• Are confident managing stakeholders and building strong customer relationships.


• Have a proven track record of driving operational performance through people, processes, and data.
