We are looking for a vibrant, motivated Operations Manager to join our close\-knit team right in the heart of London’s coolest district. Located just a 5\-minute stroll from London Bridge, next to the food and culture hub of Bermondsey Street, this is your chance to take ownership of customer happiness, manage cool reward suppliers, and keep our digital platforms running flawlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Curate \& Manage the Rewards: You’ll source, manage, and stock the exciting rewards our members work hard to earn. From shipping out prizes to partnering with our Marketing team, you'll ensure our rewards catalogue is fresh, trending, and perfectly targeted.


• Keep the Engine Running: You will use custom, proprietary digital back\-office tools to configure programmes, work with Finance to keep invoicing sharp, and occasionally manage local contractors to keep our office space running perfectly.


• Champion the Customer Journey: Be the hero our members rely on. You’ll handle customer rewards queries from start to finish, ensuring all their hard work is rewarded,


• Enuring a smooth running office: Be that "Go To" person everyone relies on to ensure the office is running smooth

• Tech\-Savvy \& AI\-Aware: Bilendi is leading the charge in AI technology, so you should be comfortable with the basics of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar productivity tech) and eager to embrace a tech\-forward workplace.


• An Excel Whiz: You are highly competent using Microsoft Excel to manage data, track stock, and organize information quickly and accurately.


• A Natural Communicator: You have flawless written and spoken English, a personable attitude, and the ability to lift the energy of the room.


• Detail\-Obsessed \& Self\-Motivated: You pride yourself on accuracy, love ticking tasks off your to\-do list, and are equally comfortable working as part of a tight team or flying solo on independent projects.


• A negotiator: Everyone likes a bargain! You will be driven by the opporunties to get the best deals from our suppliers


• Local to the Action: You already live within an easy commuting distance of London Bridge and love the buzz of a dedicated, in\-office team environment.
