The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of project delivery across the business and help drive the next stage of growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the smooth planning, coordination and delivery of all tiling projects from pre\-start through to handover. This is a hands\-on role, combining strategic planning with day\-to\-day problem solving.
What You Will Be Doing
· Overseeing multiple tiling projects from pre\-start through to completion
· Planning programmes, labour, sequencing and site requirements
· Managing day to day operations across multiple live projects
· Coordinating site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
· Monitoring project performance across programme, quality and productivity
· Identifying issues early and taking action before they become bigger problems
· Leading weekly planning and operations meetings
· Attending site meetings and acting as a key point of contact for clients and main contractors
· Ensuring projects are delivered properly, safely and to the required standard
· Carrying out site inspections, snagging and quality checks where required
· Supporting the development and performance of site teams
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong operational experience in construction who takes ownership and leads from the front.
This role suits someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects in a fast moving environment. What matters most is how you approach your work.

You’ll also need:
· Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction
· Experience managing multiple live projects at the same time
· Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing and coordination with other trades
· Commercial awareness and understanding of programme and cost impact
· Full UK driving licence
Desireable But Not Essential
· Experience within tiling, flooring, interiors or fit out
· Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
· SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ or similar qualifications
