Operations Manager

Job Summary

Cartrack, a world\-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,500,000 subscribers across 24 countries, is looking for an entrepreneurial Operations Manager to drive the day\-to\-day operational performance of the business in Portugal.

This high\-impact role will see you leading cross\-functional teams and executing business growth initiatives.

Responsibility

• Ensure operational scalability to support business growth within the Portuguese market.


• Work closely with sales and leadership to deliver revenue growth objectives.


• Build and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets SLA and quality standards.


• Drive operational performance and accountability across teams, e.g. sales, technical, customer service, scheduling, vehicle tracking etc.


• Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement solutions when operational bottlenecks arise.


• Recruit and grow operational teams, while developing and training existing staff to support rapid business growth.


• Create a high\-performance,ownership\-driven culture.


• Ad\-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Accounting essential.


• Minimum 5 years’ operational management experience with proven experience in building or scaling operations within a start\-up or expansion environment.


• Previous experience within a similar industry advantageous.


• Strong commercial and business acumen, with a growth\-oriented mindset.


• Highly disciplined, execution\-focused leader.


• Ability to thrive in fast\-paced environments.


• Skilled in managing KPIs and SLAs, with strong analytical and reporting capability.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
