We are looking for an Operations Manager who can help lead and strengthen the operational side of the business as we continue to scale.
The Role
This is a hands\-on operational leadership role.
You will be responsible for helping oversee the day\-to\-day operational delivery of the business, including:
- Daily removals operations
- Team leadership and accountability
- Fleet coordination
- Operational problem\-solving
- Standards enforcement
- Customer experience delivery
- Staff performance and development
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- Operational systems and reporting
- Has strong removals or logistics experience
- Can lead calmly under pressure
- Thinks proactively instead of reactively
- Enjoys building systems and improving operations
- Can command respect without aggression
- Is highly organised and accountable
- Wants to grow into a major leadership role long\-term
This is NOT purely a desk\-based role.
At least initially, we are looking for someone capable of supporting operationally where required, including:
- Supporting removals teams
- Driving 3\.5T Luton vans and potentially bigger vehicles in the future
- Assisting during high\-pressure operational situations
- Leading by example operationally
What We’re Looking For Essential
✅ Experience within removals, logistics, transport, or operational management

✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Ability to lead teams and maintain standards
Strong Advantages
⭐ Previous removals management experience
⭐ Experience managing drivers and operational staff
⭐ Experience with operational systems/software
⭐ Experience recruiting or onboarding staff
⭐ CPC / Transport Management knowledge
⭐ Experience building processes and improving efficiency
