Duties
- Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and productivity.
- Manage team performance through coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff to meet organisational goals.
- Ensure the Health, Safety and wellbeing of the plant team.
- Oversee inventory management functions
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, manage administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure adhere to environmental and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, sales, and other site plant managers.
- Monitor production performance metrics, analyse data for continuous improvement, and drive initiatives to boost team success.
- P\&L responsibility (Revenue and EBITDA)
- A commitment to achieve 100% OTIF
- Degree educated (Physics/ Electrical advantageous).
- Working knowledge of mechanical/ electrical engineering
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and process optimisation is advantageous.

- Working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30\-17:00 and Fridays 08:30 \- 14:30, this may be flexed with business needs.
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
