About the Role
We’re looking for a bright, organised and switched\-on individual to join the Reebok Teamsports operations team.
This is an entry\-level role, ideal for a university graduate or college leaver looking to build a career in sports, logistics, or operations.
The role sits at the heart of the business, supporting the day\-to\-day movement of stock, order processing and international shipping. You’ll gain exposure to how a fast\-growing sports apparel brand operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering stock and supporting purchase order management
- Organising international shipping (primarily DHL), including booking shipments and preparing documentation
- Creating and checking commercial invoices
- Reviewing and verifying packing lists for accuracy
- Cross\-referencing order books against incoming shipments
- Creating and maintaining product codes and product data in Excel systems
- Supporting stock tracking and inventory records
- General administrative support across operations and logistics
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- A genuine interest in sport, fashion or supply chain is a bonus
