Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively


• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve departmental goals

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement


• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations


• Manage resource allocation, including staffing levels and equipment utilisation


• Conduct training sessions for staff on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices


• Address operational issues promptly and develop solutions to prevent recurrence


• Support management in planning projects and executing strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role within an operational setting


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation


• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights


• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure


• A proactive approach with problem\-solving abilities

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to organisational values, possess a positive attitude, and have a track record of successfully managing teams. A background in operations management or related fields will be advantageous.

Pay: £12\.21\-£45\.34 per hour
