Direct Sales Manager

LTi Transformations , Scotland's No1 external Domestic refurbishment company is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to run an existing sales team ,( the individual must have a proven track record in managing a direct sales team).

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ideally coming from a home improvement Management background.

This is an office based role situated at our Head Office in Bathgate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day running of a professional sales team.


• Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.


• Reporting directly to the Sales \& Marketing Director

• Proven experience in running a direct sales team , (ideally coming from a home improvement background) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.


• Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions and tracking sales performance.


• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with staff at all levels.


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional leadership.

Pay: £100,000\.00\-£150,000\.00 per year

• Direct sales: 5 years (required)
