Help build one of the UK's most respected independent fertility organisations.
Fertility Solutions is an award\-winning, independent fertility diagnostics clinic specialising in male fertility assessment and optimisation. For over 13 years, we have challenged the traditional approach to fertility care by ensuring that both partners receive a thorough, evidence\-based assessment before treatment decisions are made.
We are now entering an exciting new phase of growth, including expanding our London presence, strengthening our quality systems and developing our national reputation as leaders in fertility diagnostics.
To help us achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional Operations \& Growth Manager.
This is not a traditional operations role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, turning ideas into action and helping a growing healthcare business become more efficient, scalable and successful.
You will work directly alongside our CEO and Clinical Director, Claire Mooney, helping to implement projects that will shape the future of the business.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead and coordinate a wide variety of business improvement projects, including:
- Supporting our CQC registration and ongoing compliance.
- Assisting with ISO quality management systems and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating our London clinic expansion.
- Managing projects, timelines and implementation across the business.
- Improving internal systems and operational processes.
- Helping oversee website redevelopment and digital projects.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and business development.
- Creating and monitoring operational KPIs.
- Working with suppliers, consultants and external partners.
- Helping build the systems that will allow the business to continue growing.
You do need fertility experience.
We are looking for someone who:
ideally has experience with ISO 15189 and CQC registrations acquisition candidates with this experience will be given priority.
- Has excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Thrives on solving problems and improving systems.
- Is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Communicates professionally with colleagues and external organisations.
- Enjoys working in a growing entrepreneurial business.
- Wants to make a genuine difference in healthcare.
