Operations / Fulfilment Operator

CSM Logistics are a long established courier company in the UK specialising in both UK and International delivery services.

The London branch (Based in Bermondsey) are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the rapidly expanding branch to take on the role of Operations / Fulfilment Operator.

The successful applicant will be based in the office overseeing the smooth running of the business. Your day to day duties will include answering telephone calls from our customers and responding to emails, booking collections, track and trace and quotations. You will also work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our clients shipments are being delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

We also offer pick and pick fulfilment services from the office too and the successful applicant will also be involved in compiling orders from stock, packing the parcels right through to printing the shipping labels for dispatch.

Customer satisfaction is key to our success and this must be paramount when responding to and resolving any inquiries.

Experience in both the role and the logistics industry are preferred however full training on the job will be provided.

This is a full time role \- Monday to Friday with the hours of 09:00\-18:00 (this includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £26,500\.00 per year
