ABOUT LASH HEAVEN

Lash Heaven is a fast\-growing eCommerce beauty brand specialising in professional lash products. We sell across Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop, dispatching orders daily to customers across the UK. Our products are loved by lash technicians and beauty enthusiasts alike — and every order that leaves our warehouse represents our brand.

We're a small, close\-knit team based in Ruislip. The person joining us will work alongside our Operations \& Brand Assistant and will be an essential part of how we run the business every day.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently


• Managing daily shipments through Royal Mail Click \& Drop and ensuring all orders are ready for collection


• Receiving, checking and organising incoming deliveries from suppliers and manufacturers


• Monitoring stock levels, carrying out stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records within Shopify


• Assisting with stock forecasting and helping ensure best\-selling products remain available for customers


• Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and stock replenishment


• Supporting customer service by handling order enquiries, delivery issues and general customer requests


• Administrative support, data entry and basic record keeping


• Working closely with the Operations \& Brand Assistant to support the day\-to\-day running of the business


• Capturing behind\-the\-scenes content and helping identify opportunities for social media and marketing content


• Contributing ideas to improve systems, processes and the overall customer experience


• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional warehouse environment


• Supporting occasional product launches, promotions and business projects as the company continues to grow

This is a hands\-on, varied role at the heart of our daily operations. You'll keep fulfilment running, our stock organised, and our customer relationships maintained — working closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly every afternoon.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who brings more than just warehouse experience.

The ideal candidate will be:

◆ Genuine interest in the beauty industry, and lash industry

◆ A confident communicator — verbally and in writing

◆ Experienced placing orders with manufacturers or suppliers

◆ Strong written English for supplier and customer correspondence

◆ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

◆ A natural team player who collaborates well

◆ Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

◆ Comfortable using basic computer systems (Shopify, email)

◆ Happy on their feet for most of their shift

◆ Proactive — someone who spots a problem and solves it

*Previous experience in beauty retail, wholesale, logistics or eCommerce operations is a strong advantage.*

WORKING WITH THE TEAM

You'll work closely with our Operations \& Brand Assistant every afternoon (can be discussed). As the business grows, you'll also collaborate on product content, packaging, and brand presentation — so an eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for what makes Lash Heaven's brand special will go a long way.

We're a small team, which means your contribution is visible and valued from day one. There's no hiding — but there's also no ceiling.

WHAT WE OFFER

• from £12 per hour (depending on experience)— paid monthly by bank transfer


• Consistent part\-time hours — afternoons only, Monday to Friday \& Saturdays (10\-11\.30am)
