About the Role
At Crown Mobility Services, we specialise in supporting organisations and their employees as they navigate international assignments and domestic moves. You will work to deliver tailored mobility solutions encompassing visa and immigration support, destination services, and ongoing relocation assistance to ensure each transition is as smooth and stress\-free as possible.
The Head of Sales \& Client Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Crown World Mobility, with a particular focus on:
- Developing and executing sales strategy
- Growing and optimising existing client portfolios (including CoCo accounts)
- Converting new sales opportunities
- Providing market intelligence and strategic insight to senior leadership
The role acts as the key link between market insight, sales execution, and leadership decision making, ensuring that what we sell, how we sell it, and how we operate internally remain aligned to future market needs.

- Excellent video conferencing manner and some experience of making initial virtual approach to prospect customers.
- Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals.
- Strong IT skills/previous experience of CRM systems.
- Experience of face to face and virtual client interactions
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within Global Mobility, Relocation, or closely aligned professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands\-on sales delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
- Experience leading and developing high\-performing sales professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior leadership and client level.
