Operations & E-Commerce Assistant
Location: Wandsworth, London
Term: Part\-time (September – December)
Paladin Sports UK is looking for a proactive and organised Part\-Time Operations \& E commerce Assistant to support our Operations \& E\-commerce function during our busy period. This is a varied, hands\-on role combining warehouse operations, order fulfilment, e\-commerce support and sales administration.
Working as part of a small, ambitious team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day to\-day operations of the business while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of a growing sportswear company.
This role is ideal for students or graduates looking to gain practical, hands\-on experience within the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operations \& Fulfillment
- Pick, Pack and dispatch direct and online orders.
- Receive and consolidate incoming stock deliveries
- Maintain warehouse organisation
- Assist with inventory managementPlease note: this role involves manual handling, including heavy lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
- Schedule domestic and international shipments using courier platforms
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Coordinate outgoing deliveries to clubs, schools and customers.
- Monitor shipments and assist with resolving delivery queries.
- Assist with the processing of online orders via Shopify
- Support the maintenance of online stores and product listings.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support for online sales campaigns and pre\-order stores.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, customer information and sales documentation.
- Assist with data entry and order processing.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Support customer relationship management by maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently as part of a small team.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
- A strong communicator.
