The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised, ambitious, and tech\-savvy Operations Coordinator to join our on\-site team. You’ll serve as the central link between our ground ops team and virtual operations — keeping everything connected, on track, and flowing smoothly.

This is a high\-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to grow into a leadership position within operations. For the right candidate, this role comes with a direct path to becoming an Operations Manager within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the manufacturing schedule, keeping tabs on all aspects of inventory


• Oversee task assignment and productivity tracking of the virtual team (customer support, admin, order tracking)


• Monitor order flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure quick resolution of issues


• Be the go\-to point for cross\-team coordination and operational escalations

• Keep on top of digital inventory levels, including both raw materials and finished goods


• Communicate with suppliers across the world, managing orders in motion and forecasting for new orders


• Gathering quotations for shipments weighing up to 30 tonnes, including road, air and sea freight


• Collaborate on short\-term planning and review key metrics


• Prepare operational reports and share insights with the Head of Operations


• Support training and development for virtual team processes

• Participate in strategic planning with senior operations leadership


• Contribute to staffing forecasts, SOP updates, and process improvements


• Drive new systems or tools to improve communication and efficiency


• Champion culture, consistency, and excellence across teams

• 3\+ years in operations, logistics, e\-commerce, or team coordination roles


• Confidence in managing remote teams or external partners


• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills


• Experience with ERP's \& MRP's and other tech softwares such as Shopify, Linnworks, Slack, Google Workspace.


• A solutions\-first mindset, adaptability, and strong attention to detail
